Remote NDIS Support Coordination Across Australia

Your support coordinator doesn’t need to live in the same city to help make your NDIS plan work. CCS provides remote Support Coordination to eligible participants across Australia, through scheduled phone calls, video meetings, email and other agreed communication methods.

CCS is based in Canberra. Outside Canberra and Queanbeyan, this is a remote-only service — it doesn’t include face-to-face meetings with a local CCS coordinator.

Quick answer
How does remote Support Coordination work?

Remote Support Coordination delivers the same core coordination functions through phone, video and secure digital communication. A CCS coordinator can help you understand your NDIS plan, research providers, organise services, work through barriers, monitor support arrangements and build your confidence managing your plan — all without being physically located in your area.

Wherever you live

What a remote support coordinator can help with

From understanding your plan to responding when a provider falls through, a CCS remote coordinator works through the same core functions as a face-to-face coordinator — just delivered by phone, video and secure digital communication.

📝

Understanding and implementing your plan

We explain relevant budgets, goals, plan dates and support categories, then help turn that into clear priorities and actions.

🔍

Finding providers in your area

Your coordinator can research service options where you live, help you compare providers, and support you to ask the right questions about availability, skills, pricing and service agreements. CCS can’t guarantee a suitable local provider will be immediately available.

🤝

Coordinating different services

We can communicate with authorised providers, family members, nominees, mainstream services and allied health professionals to clarify who’s doing what and cut down on gaps or duplication.

⚠️

Responding to provider breakdown

If a provider withdraws, stops meeting your needs or can’t continue, we can help you review notice requirements, identify alternatives and plan a transition that accounts for continuity and risk.

📋

Preparing for NDIS planning conversations

We can help organise information about outcomes, changing needs, underused supports, service gaps and provider reports, so you can walk into reassessments or change discussions with more confidence.

🌱

Building your capacity

Remote coordination should still keep you fully involved. We share information, explain processes and support you to make decisions — the plan stays yours to direct.

What remote Support Coordination does not include

Remote Support Coordination doesn’t mean CCS has an office or local workforce in your city or town. It doesn’t include in-person home visits, physically attending appointments, or delivering direct support outside Canberra and Queanbeyan. CCS is not an emergency, crisis-response or clinical service. Call Triple Zero for immediate danger, and contact the appropriate local health or crisis service for urgent clinical needs.
