NDIS Budget Calculator
Use this free calculator to estimate how an NDIS budget might be spread across a selected period. It can help you prepare questions and see how different frequencies or support costs affect an estimated total. It doesn’t read your plan, approve supports, or decide whether an expense is NDIS-funded.

NDIS budget calculator questions
Is this an official NDIS calculator?
No. It is a general estimate tool provided by Coordinated Care Services, based on published NDIS pricing information. Always confirm support items, budgets and claiming rules against the official NDIS documents.
Why does the calculator ask for region?
The pricing schedule lists National, Remote and Very remote recommended maximum prices. This can affect how far a plan budget may stretch.
Can support coordinators use it?
Yes. It can help support coordinators discuss budget burn rate, likely plan use and invoice reasonableness with participants and nominees.
Can CCS check provider invoices?
A CCS support coordinator can help participants understand invoices, budgets and plan information in clearer language, within their funded role.
Label every result as an estimate. Display the rate, frequency, period and assumptions used so the calculation can be checked. Do not present a result as financial, legal or NDIS funding advice.
Before relying on an estimate
How your funds are actually used comes down to your NDIS plan, funding period, support category, plan management arrangement, applicable price limits, service agreement and actual invoices. Pricing and claiming rules can change, so check your current plan and the latest official NDIS pricing information, and speak with your plan manager, support coordinator or the NDIA for advice about your circumstances.
Need help putting your NDIS plan into action?
A CCS support coordinator can help eligible participants understand their plan, organise suitable services, monitor support arrangements and prepare for changes. Support Coordination needs to be funded in the participant’s plan. CCS provides local Support Coordination in Canberra and Queanbeyan, and remote Support Coordination for eligible participants elsewhere.
Frequently asked questions

No. It’s a general estimation tool provided by Coordinated Care Services, an independent registered NDIS provider. CCS is not the National Disability Insurance Agency.
No. A calculation doesn’t confirm that a support is reasonable and necessary, included in your plan, or claimable. Check your plan and current NDIS guidance before entering a service agreement or making a purchase.
This calculator gives a general estimate only. Please don’t enter your NDIS number, full plan details or personal health information into the tool — if you have questions about how your information is handled, contact CCS directly.
Within the funded role, a support coordinator can help you understand how supports are being implemented, spot emerging gaps and coordinate with relevant providers. A plan manager handles different financial administration functions, including processing eligible provider invoices.
