Remote NDIS Support Coordination for Sydney Participants
Finding and coordinating services across Sydney can mean long travel distances, different provider catchments, waiting lists, and several organisations all working at once. CCS provides remote Support Coordination to help eligible Sydney participants organise their plans and keep supports working together.
CCS is based in Canberra and doesn’t operate a Sydney office. This service is delivered remotely, by phone, video meeting, email and other agreed methods, and doesn’t include face-to-face CCS meetings or direct support in Sydney.
Yes. An eligible Sydney NDIS participant can work remotely with CCS when Support Coordination is included in their plan and remote delivery suits them. CCS can help you understand your funding, research Sydney providers, coordinate services, address gaps and prepare for plan discussions — without ever claiming to be locally based in Sydney.
